The Chief Commissioner of the Tasmanian Worker’s Rehabilitation and Compensation Tribunal, Mr S R Carey has advised that the Tribunal is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified medical practitioners to be included on the list of doctors willing to be involved on Medical Panels. He explained that the initiative to enhance the operation of Medical Panels will enable medical questions to be determined by medical practitioners in a clinical setting rather than in an adversarial medico-legal environment.
