In the latest WorkCover Annual Report the members of the WorkCover Board as listed as follows:

 

Mr Robert Gozzi has been replaced by Mr Paul Arnold and Mr Kevin Harkins has been replaced by Mr Steve Walsh.

The position of Insurance Advisor to the Board has also recently changed. Mr Peter Donaldson has recently been appointed to the insurance advisory role. Mr Donaldson works with Allianz Insurance and is also the chairman of TASWC – the body that represents the private workers compensation insurers in Tasmania.

Only the Unions Tasmania and Employer representatives have voting rights on the Board.  The legal, medical and insurer advisors on the Board do not have voting rights.
