All clients attending the practice will be asked to complete a specific consent form relevant to the purpose of their attendance at the commencement of assessment or treatment.
We maintain secure and confidential paper and electronic files that contain any personal and medical information obtained in the course of attendance.
This practice does not disclose personal or medical information to overseas recipients without express authority.
If any privacy concerns are not resolved by discussions with the relevant practitioner a formal complaint about breach of Australian Privacy Principles should be lodged in writing to:
